You’re not gonna believe this, but Jenelle Evans was arrested again today.
NOTE: Today is May 20, 2013. This is not an old story you came across.
The 21-year-old Teen Mom 2 star was supposed to appear for a hearing in her cyber-stalking case, but Brunswick County court officials say she no-showed.
The judge in the case then issued a warrant for the hot mess’ arrest.
Jenelle eventually turned herself in, posted bail and was cut loose.

Kobe Bryant on Jason Collins Coming Out: We Have to Support Him

Earlier this week, Jason Collins came out as gay, making him the first openly homosexual active player in a major American sport.
And the outpour of support just keeps on coming!
Kobe Bryant is the Collins’ latest peer to stand behind the Wizards Center.
When the story first broke, Bryant tweeted “Proud of @jasoncollins34. Don’t suffocate who u r because of the ignorance of others.”
Now, he’s told E! that “The biggest key is for everybody to be comfortable being themselves.”
The Laker added “As his peers we have to support him, just rally around him.”

Last week, I never got around to writing about this dumb TMZ story in which Lindsay Lohan must have called them up to crack-whine about her incompetent lawyer, Mark Heller. Heller was actually called “incompetent” by the judge, which is scary because the California Justice System is all “would you like a blunt with your 3-day jail sentence for manslaughter?” Anyway, Lindsay called up TMZ to tell them that she’s definitely going to stick with Heller and she’s pissed off with the media for portraying Heller as some kind of My-Cousin-Vinny moron. Last Friday, Lindsay Lohan skipped her latest court hearing. It was no big deal – she didn’t have to be there, and the only thing that happened was that her hilariously sketchy lawyer Mark Heller got reamed by the judge. After the judge called Heller “incompetent” and refused to dismiss LL’s charges, Heller gave a long-winded and especially nut-jobby press conference. Heller claimed Lindsay is completely sober AND she’s complying with a voluntary drug testing program. Which makes this report interesting:

Lindsay Lohan’s trial for allegedly lying to Santa Monica police last summer will proceed in the coming weeks after a judge refused further delays.
LiLo’s lawyer asked to “give her leeway to show that she’s worthy of compassion.” L.A. County Superior Court Judge James Dabney wasn’t moved.
“I don’t know how the next two weeks is suddenly going to change the history of this case,” Dabney said, scolding the incompetent Mark Heller.

Do you remember back in June 2012 when Lindsay Lohan crashed her Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway and a million cracked-out stories filtered through the tabloid media? I remember specifically a story about Lindsay getting out of her totaled Porsche (getting out of the driver’s side) and taking a moment to throw away all of the containers of alcohol in the car. Gavin Doyle, Lindsay Lohan Assistant, Subpoenaed to Testify at Trial

Lindsay Lohan’s former assistant Gavin Doyle was issued a subpoena to testify at her probation violation trial, which is not exactly good news for the star.
It was Doyle, after all, who revealed to cops that Lindsay Lohan herself was driving the Porsche that crashed on the Pacific Coast Highway back in June.
Lohan reportedly lied to police and said Doyle was driving, and was thus charged with willfully resisting, obstruction, and providing false information.

Edward Furlong was thrown in jail today after allegedly violating a protective order that barred him from contacting his estranged wife, Rachael Kneeland.
It’s unclear how or when Ed violated the order, but he was in court today after being accused of doing so, and a judge remanded him into custody.
The judge angrily accused him of not taking the stay-away order seriously and told him he belongs in a lockdown rehab facility for substance abuse.

Chris Brown Car Crash: Porsche Totaled, Singer Unhurt, Paparazzi Blamed

Needless to say this was not Chris Brown’s week.
The star was involved in a car crash Saturday afternoon and totaled his Porsche, but thankfully was uninjured, the Beverly Hills Police Department confirms.
He was alone in the car, and told officers on the scene he was being chased by paparazzi before the accident; police are looking into the matter.
The R&B singer’s rep tells E! News the following: “Chris Brown was in a car accident this afternoon after being ruthlessly pursued by paparazzi.”
