It looks like Justin Bieber owes his lawyers, big time. It’s being reported by TMZ that they’ve gotten the singer out of three of the most serious charges against him, and that he’ll be entering a plea deal.
Justin was originally charged by the Miami PD for a DUI, resisting arrest, and driving without a license in connection with his arrest a few months ago. However, now he’ll be pleading guilty to reckless driving in exchange for dropping those three, more serious, charges. Kanye West made a pit stop at the Hollywood LAPD station yesterday (around 4:30pm) to get booked for his misdemeanor battery case. He was in and out of the police station in 49 minutes – that’s quicker than most trips to the mall!
If you recall, Kanye got himself into a bit of hot water after getting physical with a photographer at LAX. The rapper, and future Mr. Kim Kardashian, plead no contest to the charges and was ordered to turn himself in for booking. He was sentenced to two years probation and 24 “private therapy anger management” classes.

As we discussed on Sunday, Chris Brown has a bad weekend. First, on Friday, he was kicked out of his second rehab. Immediately following his exit, the judge overseeing his probation ordered Chris to jail, which is where he spent the weekend. His lawyer managed to arrange a hearing for Monday afternoon to figure out if Chris would be allowed to stay under house arrest for a month while awaiting trial for an assault case in Washington DC. Amanda Bynes has taken a plea deal in her DUI case from last year.
The troubled starlet, who is on the mend after spending some time in a rehab facility where she received treatment for a number of ailments and mental health issues – including schizophrenia – plead guilty to “wet reckless,” which is essentially a lesser driving while intoxicated charge that does not have the severe penalties of a DUI.
