Whoa mama! Former chart topperAlanis Morissette was on stage to teach her fans what they oughta know at her concert in Liverpool, England on Friday night. And by the looks of these pics, she sure did put on one heck of a concert!
Take a look at our photo gallery and tell us, are you still an Alanis fan? All these years later, and there is no doubt that she can put on a show so much better than her younger counterparts. Alanis, show these girls a thing or two, ha!
Oh all the Hollywood babies that we’ve been seeing lately just makes me smile! And looks like little Ever Imre Treadway has the same effect on his mom, Alanis Morissette. The singer was beaming as she and her husband Mario Treadway made their way through LAX with their little guy.
Alanisrecently opened up about having ‘the baby blues’ after she delivered Ever. I applaud her decision to speak out because it will definitely help some other mother who might be going through the same thing. It looks like all is well now though and Alanis got the help she needed.
“I just thought it was a swampy chapter, if I soldiered it out, that it would go away. I came to realize that the longer I waited, the more intense it would become.
“I think if there is any goal in me talking about it, it would be to eradicate the shame around it. It’s just what happens sometimes and, for me, I just waited way too long to reach out for help.”
I think it’s great to help erase the stigma about struggling as a new mom. Having a baby is an amazing thing, but it can be tough at times, too. There’s nothing wrong with that and getting help if you need it!
I don’t think Alanis Morissette is waiting until Black Friday to score some steals from the hottest deals! The singer was spotted in Brentwood on Nov. 23, where she toted a shopping bag in one hand and held hubby Mario Treadway’s in the other.
The lovebirds stayed close together as they browsed around the SoCal shops on Wednesday afternoon. Though Alanis and Mario looked totally taken with one another, they turned their little outing into a family affair, as sonEver was all strapped in on Mario’s back.
Though Alanis and her boys are already gearing up for the festive month ahead, I wonder if they have any celebrations planned for Turkey Day.
On an evening chock full of impressive performances, Mary J. Blige stood among the best last night.
Following an introduction by Alanis Morissette, the artist – accompanied by Drake – belted out a version of “Mr. Wrong” and then paid tribute to the late Heavy D, saying: “Rest in peace to my dear friend, my loved one, my brother, the lovable and great Heavy D. I miss you so much brother. God bless.”
Blige’s new album drops this week. Sit back and watch her performance now:
I’ll take one of everything, thanks. I love everything about these photos of Alanis Morissette, her husband Soul Eye (Mario Treadway) and their adorable little Soul-baby (Ever). I love the dog. I love how Alanis and Mario seem engaged with each other. I love Alanis’s sweats too. I love that they look “real”. They look really happy, and I find myself rooting for them. Go Canada! You grow ‘em real nice.
Ever Imre looks like his dad, right? His little face is already full of character. Alanis gave birth in late December last year, which makes Ever a little more than seven months old. Speaking of Alanis giving birth, she took part in Ricki Lake’s new online documentary series, The Business of Being Born. Ricki claims that Alanis agreed to be taped before and after she gave birth. You can read Lake’s interview here – I’m not excerpting that junk, because some of the wording makes me nauseous. If I ever have a baby, I’m going to ask to be unconscious through the last month and the birth. Surely there’s a doctor who will do that, right?
