Robert Pattinson “Really Insecure” About Being Seen Shirtless

‘Twilight’ heartthrob Robert Pattinson reportedly was upset when pictures of him in just his swim trunks, paddle boarding, came out last month. I don’t have the rights to the pictures, but you can see them here. Apparently, Robert is self-conscious about his body.

“He’s really insecure about his shirt being off,” a source says of the U.K. native, who painted-on sculpted abs for scenes in New Moon, the second film of the five-part Twilight saga.

Who would’ve thought? Okay, Robert may not be as built as, say, Mark Wahlberg, or even his ‘Twilight‘ co-star Taylor Lautner, but bigger isn’t always better. He’s still HAWT. Right?
