Jaime Pressly Avoids Jail In DUI Case

Despite having a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit back in January, actress Jaime Pressly caught a break in her DUI case.  Jaime was originally charged for two counts of DUI, but she worked out a deal and one of the counts was dropped.

She put in a plea of ‘no contest’ and only received 3 years probation, instead of serving any jail time.
